Where is my order?

All orders are processed and shipped within 7 business days, which excludes Saturdays, Sundays, and any federal or company observed holidays. Order tracking information will be provided once your order is placed. Walk Royal will not be responsible for orders once they have been marked “delivered” by the carrier (this includes items delivered to the wrong address and/or stolen)

What is your return policy?

There are no returns at this time.

What is the shipping rate?

All orders will incur a $3 flat rate shipping charge.

What are the care instructions for my items?

T-shirts:

  • Follow washing instructions on the printed tag

Keychains/Bookmarks:

  • Do not drop or hit on hard surfaces

  • Avoid excessive temperatures

  • Wipe clean with a soft cloth & mild soap

  • Handle with care
